  • How long does shipping take?
    Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are typically shipped the same day. Belgian addresses arrive within 1–2 business days; the rest of Europe within 3–7 business days depending on destination.
  • Which countries do you ship to?
    We ship across the EEA from Belgium. The full list and live rates are calculated for you at checkout — if your country doesn't appear, drop us a line and we'll see what we can arrange.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Card, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay and several other European methods through Mollie. Bank transfer is also available for customers who prefer it — we ship once the transfer clears.
  • Can I return a product?
    Yes. EU consumer law gives you 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and we honour that for unused items in their original packaging. Get in touch and we'll send return instructions.
  • How do I track my order?
    When we hand your parcel to the carrier you'll get a shipment email with a tracking link. The same link is available on your order page if you log in or use the link from your confirmation email.
  • Why are some products taxed differently?
    Belgian VAT rules apply reduced rates to certain goods — most notably 6% for books. The price you see in the shop already includes the correct VAT, so there are no surprises at checkout.
  • Can I pay by bank transfer?
    Yes — pick "Bank transfer" at checkout and you'll get our IBAN with a reference number. Your order is reserved and ships as soon as the payment clears, usually within 1–2 working days.
  • Do I need an account to order?
    No. You can check out as a guest with just an email address. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders and reorder later, but it's never required.
  • I forgot my password — what now?
    We don't use passwords — your account is unlocked with a one-time link sent to your email each time you sign in. Just enter your email on the login page and we'll mail you the link.
  • Do you sell digital downloads?
    Some titles are available as instant downloads. Where that's the case the product page will make it clear, and your confirmation email will include a download link valid for 30 days.
  • How is my personal data handled?
    We hold the minimum we need to fulfil your order and never sell your data. Full details are in our privacy policy, including your right to access, correct or erase your data at any time.
  • How do I get in touch?
    Email [email protected] and we'll get back to you within one business day — usually the same day.
