2. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase of physical goods within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us before the deadline.
Exception for digital products: By purchasing a digital product, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon download, as confirmed during checkout.
3. Returns Procedure
To return a physical product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless the item is defective.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices include VAT. Payment is processed securely via Mollie. Available methods at checkout include Bancontact, card, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MB WAY and SEPA. Bank transfer and cash on pickup are also offered for Belgian orders.
5. Delivery
Physical orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination country and selected shipping method. Digital products are available for download immediately after payment.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
7. Out-of-court Dispute Resolution
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. For out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, the list of approved dispute-resolution bodies is published on the Commission's Consumer Redress site at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. 8. Model Withdrawal Form
This is the model withdrawal form set out in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You are not obliged to use it.
